How do we do it? By ensuring our process is consistent regardless of your renovation needs. We begin with a consultation that puts everyone on the same page. From here, we create a design for you using the best design tools available to bring your vision to life. After meeting with you to select materials, we take care of acquiring the necessary permits and applying for variances. From there, construction begins, and before you know it, your home renovation project is complete!

Step One Dream

We begin with one of our designers visiting your home to learn about the space we’re working with and discuss your goals and ideas for the renovation. We’ll take measurements, collect your feedback and answer your questions about materials, design, construction, permits or anything else you’d like to learn about.

Step Two Design

Our designer will build a model of your renovation using 3D software for you to visualize the final product. We’ll review interactive 3D designs, floorplans and your estimate for the project. You will also have the opportunity to look through thousands of product samples, including flooring, cabinetry, countertops, vanities and other elements that will make up your project. We believe that seeing the materials and finishes beforehand goes a long way.

Step Three Realize

When the design is finalized and materials are selected, we will create the paperwork outlining the scope of the project which includes our terms of service, a detailed estimate & action plan along with the payment schedule. We’ll lock in the project start date and begin finalizing your material selections.
